VIP Bajee — Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document governs the vip bajee platform ("We", "Platform" or "vip bajee") and its users ("You", "Member") constitutes a legal agreement. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first register or begin using the platform.

Key terms used in this document:

• Account: Your registered user profile, through which you access all services.
• Balance: The total of real money and bonus funds in your account.

The following conditions must be met to register and use the vip bajee platform:

• Before making a deposit, please ensure you are sending the correct amount to the correct number.
• Vip bajee charges no hidden deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted. Please deposit only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawing your winnings on vip bajee is straightforward and transparent. However, please keep the following in mind:

• To make a withdrawal, your account must have a minimum balance of ৳300 sufficient balance must be available.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes to be processed. This may take up to 2 hours.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your KYC level.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number verified under your KYC.

KYC Verification Process: Before your first major withdrawal (generally above ৳10,000), you may be required to verify your identity by submitting a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. Completing KYC increases your withdrawal limit and speeds up the process.

The following general rules apply to all types of bets on vip bajee:

• Once a bet has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified, unless vip bajee itself reports a technical issue.
• If a match or event is cancelled, vip bajee will settle the bet at odds of 1.00 or refund the stake in full — depending on the circumstances.
• Vip bajee reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• For live betting, any bet confirmed before an internet disconnection will remain valid.
• If vip bajee receives any information regarding match manipulation or fixing, the relevant bets may be voided and the account investigated.

Vip bajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members on their first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Completing the wagering requirements for a bonus generally takes Core Betting (Sports/Casino) Calculation applies; arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies are not counted.
• The validity period for each bonus is stated in the respective offer. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If vip bajee finds evidence of bonus abuse, the associated winnings may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip bajee platform and may result in penalties:

If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, we reserve the right to without prior notice close the account and forfeit the entire balance. In serious cases, the matter will be reported to law enforcement.

Vip bajee provides the following tools, available for your use at any time:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Timer: Set how long you want to play before you start.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure.

• Cancellation of abnormal bets resulting from technical errors.

• Suspending withdrawals on flagged accounts during an investigation.

Vip bajee is not liable for the following:

• Any missed bets due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Loss of your password or account details due to your own negligence.
• Financial consequences of betting decisions.

Vip bajee reserves the right to modify, supplement, or cancel these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notice will be posted on the platform's homepage.
• Registered members will be notified via email or SMS.
• Following the publication of the revised terms After 7 days will come into effect.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and withdraw your remaining balance.
